My kids are fairly fickle when it comes to meals, unless it is something grilled on a stick. Pretty much if I skewer it and grill it, they'll eat it. Chicken is easiest of course and we do it at least once a week. Shrimp is easy. For beef I've been all over the cow with different cuts depending on what is out there. Last night I did top blade and it turned out really good.
What would be a good cut of pork (if any) that I can make into skewers and grill?
And the meatloaf thread reminded me that I need to see if the kids will eat kefta.
