Making the chili verde tonight! Question - do you do a natural release after cooking at high pressure for 15 minutes, or just do an immediate release? The recipe seems to indicate an immediate release, however I was curious how you/anyone else approached.fav13andac1)c said:

Also, chicken stock. Don't really have a recipe, but at least 2 lbs of chicken bones covered in water, cooked on high pressure for 90 minutes.
Pinto beans (when I'm not making your beans).

You open the vent after the time listed, it's not a natural release.DropDemNuggetz said:Making the chili verde tonight!
