I do grilled wings quite often, We typically go for homemade buffalo sauce or one of the store bought varieties.

Last night I ordered wings in a bar - Thai Chilly and Lemon Cajun. Both delicious.

What are some of your favorite non-traditional wing sauces to use? Store bought or homemade are both fine with me!

Not anything new but when I'm doctoring up Frank's w/butter and whatnot, I like to add lemon pepper to get the best of both worlds.

At Buffalo WW I typically order whatever is their second hottest for half, and I love their garlic parm that I put on the second half. It's a creamy sauce versus the dry rub I more often see for garlic parm wings.

Now that I think about it I make a pretty kick-A roasted garlic mayo that I could just add parm to and toss the wings in it.

It's ok, the wings are air fried so calories won't be an issue

I like Asian wings. Typically make it myself and pretty much use every Asian condiment in my pantry. Soy sauce, Hoison, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, Siracha, lime, ginger powder, honey

Honey mustard and hot buffalo mixed in equal parts. Just use a buffalo without too much vinegar. I also buy Chick Fil A honey mustard in a bottle and use that.

I've had good luck with a number of sauces from Hot Ones.

The Classic is outstanding. It's made from chile de arbol so it's different flavor than than your standard cayenne based sauce. It's mild in spice but great flavor. Secret Aardvark is good if like a jerk-style sauce. All 3 sauces I've had from Humble House are good. Pirate's Lantern is great if you like mustard.

Carolina style vinegar bbq sauces are great with wings. You can also take equal parts hot sauce, butter, and bbq sauce to make a tasty sauce. Thai sauces with peanut, lime, and coconut are outstanding with wings.

If you make grilled wings then one option is to use Texas Rib Candy. It's a glaze so there's a lot of sugar so just use at the very end of cooking or it will burn.

A surprisingly nice seasoning to use on wings is Old Bay, it's great with chicken.

I like to make a traditional buffalo sauce with Cholula. I then mix sour cream, cotija, chipotle peppers in adobo, garlic, cilantro and lime for a dipping sauce.

Quaker Steak's Haute Parm (their parmesan black pepper mixed with Frank's red hot) and Pluckers' Dr Pepper are my faves at restaurants.

The caramelized fish sauce with fried garlic from Pokpok is excellent.

1/2 cup gently melted good butter (keerygold, or other high butterfat) with 1/2 cup of your favorite lemon pepper seasoning. (Kinder's organic one is great).

For traditional Buffalo same but instead of lemon pepper seasoning use 1/2 cup favorite hot sauce.

Nothing unusual but my favorite for wings, butter and Franks. Dip in Ranch.

Typically I prefer the standard buffalo sauce at a med-hot level.

Last week I tried the gold rush at Pluckers and loved it.

I had some type of Vietnamese wing at a place in Brooklyn that was pretty fantastic as well.

(edit to change Thai to Vietnamese)

Apologies, I said Thai when I should have said Vietnamese. I corrected it above.

It was at Hometown BBQ. Wings and Korean ribs were great. The rest of the meat wasn't worth mentioning.

Bottle of Stubbs, 1/2 bottle of Franks Buffalo Wings, and a bottle of honey. Mop wings while grilling or smoking. Or cook wings in air fryer then toss.

Pluckers Vampire Killer is the best wing sauce and it's not even close. I don't even know what flavor it actually is but it is phenomenal. I pick up a couple of bottles every time I dine in there.

For store bought sauce, the Kroger brand variety is really good.

Hot garlic parm

Melt a stick of butter, throw in a bunch of minced garlic and simmer for a minute. Kill the heat and add a little more than equal parts Frank's xtra hot, enough to incorporate all the butter. Sauce your wings in a bowl, then toss a bunch of shredded parmesan in with the sauced wings and give them another shake.

Pluckers vampire killer
At home, season with a little garlic before hitting the air fryer, then Louisiana hot sauce and butter with lemon pepper or extra garlic for the sauce
