In Texas it's hard to beat a fresh Yellow Rose, but these days there's a lot to choose from. I'm also partial to the variety of Weathered Souls IPA's.

Karbach's Hop Delusion and Community's Mosiac are both solid. I also love the Tupps DDH series.

There are a bunch of small batch series out there that are awesome. Community's Super Mosiac, Kush, and Medical Grade Haze are all really, really good. Spindletap makes one called Diamonds in My Mouth that's great.

There are so many options that it's really hard to nail down something like this. As for a flagship that's easily accessible & widely distributed, it's gotta be Yellow Rose.

Fire Eagle from Austin Beerworks is my favorite beer period.

Mosaic is the best beer made in the metroplex.

Art Car from St. Arnold's is good.

Tupps IPAs are good.

Completely forgot PHP and Electric Jellyfish. I was only thinking of beers with some significant distribution currently. That is definitely the best IPA in Texas.

I don't know if it is limited to the Austin area but Electric Jellyfish is now available in 4 packs at HEB, Specs, and Total Wine.

I can't drink much IPA anymore, but my pops has a keg of electric jellyfish going and that is the best Texas IPA I've ever had.

Little to none. The HEBs in NB and Bulverde, but outside of that...not that I'm aware of.
