I may be in the minority here; but someone saying "PM me offers, I have XYZ bottle(s)" (with no real ISO) doesn't really have a pecking order. It's someone soliciting offers from the board... and obviously wanting to make a deal that interests them the most.

Different if someone says a clear FT/ISO, then someone says they can do it; and then someone else swoops in to steal.

Just my opinion of course.
