Though if my facespace feed is right, they have finally got the city to cave on permitting the asbestos removal and a new performing arts complex will be available whenever they get around to actually doing the renovations.

There was a round awning that we took down, that arc is just the silicone thatbsealed the old awning. That's coming off soon.

In the back of that pic we have 2 5000# jewelry safes for sale of anyone is interested. Have combos and keys. In great condition. Already been in them found some money it them to boot!!!

Thinking about selling BBQ off the pit outside of FT Worth city limits, but have found there is a lot of rules/regs/red tape. It's different selling directly off my pit that's pulled behind my trailer than if I had a food truck (less red tape). But, was wondering if you had any pointers? It's difficult to know where to even start.

I was in Fresno this past week and went to Annex Kitchen. They had a great setup with true pizza oven and wood fire roaster. I had a Carbonara pizza, which actually came out with an egg on top (cooked of course). It seemed weird, but when you broke the egg yolk over the pizza it gave it a richness that was quite good. Just a random style that seemed to be selling well and was damn good.

It's great to see that you are well on your way now. I've got an Aggie friend up here in Portland opening up a wine bar, and the permits and red tape has been horrible for him. l'm also going to start running numbers on bakery options - not sure if it's possible yet, but we'll see.
Been busy, hadn't had time to post, let alone sleep....

New tile in the entry way, looks like it was always supposed to be there.
Sign starting - made from ~100 year old white oak flooring, we had to remove some to lay plumbing.
Hand painted logo from fellow Ag and owner of Lone Star Canvas.
Finished sign in place.
Custom tap handles by my neighbor and fellow Ag.
Bar going in, top is same wood as sign
Projected opening is later this spring, if we can stay on track.
