i need some help on some more ideas for high protein low carb meals.

one of my go to meals right now is a 3-4 egg omelette with chopped bell pepper, onion, serrano pepper and deli turkey or chicken. very good. very easy to have everything prepped the night before.

Fish or chicken, some marinade, veggies wrapped up in a foil tent and baked.

Seared ahi tuna is always a good choice. Generally any fish. And of course lean white pork.

Yeah, second Rhoswen. I like to take broccoli, put on a sheet of foil with a little drizzle of olive oil and some mrs. dash. Toss to combine, and then close up foil to form a pouch with some space, not too tight. Place in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Should get a little char but keep the broccoli crisp as well.

Another good option is roast cubed up sweet potatoes or butternut squash with minced garlic and onion. They aren't necessarily low carb, but they are healthy carbs and low fat. High in fiber.

Roast just about any veg tossed in olive oil and S&P (squash, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, asparagus, brussel sprouts), then toss with soy, rice wine vinegar, dark sesame oil and a dash of siracha. Or swap out fish sauce for soy. Incredibly easy and delicious.
