Celebrated at Doris metropolitan w a bottle of 2013 Dom Perignon (not pictured) and this bottle of 16 Charlopin Chambertin which to my surprise was one of my best 5 wines of the year! Happy new years to all you wine lovers!

Dinner at Le Royal, Michelin 1 star at the Royal Champagne hotel in Epernay (Champagne region)

If you like a good cheese cart you need to visit The Inn At Little Washington if you haven't already. The cheese cart and the guy serving are notorious.

It's a little off the beaten path in a small town in Virginia called Washington. It used to be a 3 star Michelin restaurant but just dropped to a 2 star late last year. It's a neat town to spend a night in but I would stay much longer than that as there's not a ton to do. The cheese guy is known for his cheese puns and is a cool ending to the dinner.

Is 1975 your birth year? BSD and I share 75 as a birth year and I have had and still have a lot of 1975 bottles. The pichon is outstanding.
