I've never seen an EC 18 in the wild. From Only Drams its MSRP is $150. I might be tempted to spend $199 if I came across one.

It was $199 at Heaven Hill distillery. I was surprised to see Only Drams price it at $150. Maybe that's outdated?

It could be outdated. Or it could be inaccurate. Not sure. Bottle BlueBook has MSRP at $180-200.

I think many people would say Fortaleza is pound for pound the best tequila on the market, and they make it the right way. However, it's one of the hardest things to find imo.

I'm not a Tequila buy but I have a Fortaleza Blanco and a Reposado and they are both fantastic sippers. Nice score and looking forward to your thoughts on the Penelope.

Congrats. I got a 2019 about a month ago and have yet to find an excuse to crack it. Was hoping Nov. 30 was going to be the excuse, so I'm still searching.

These are some good additive-free tequilas, there are many others. You can find some nice single barrels, higher proofs, and other special stuff. There's a Tequila thread here in the Food & Spirits group that you could peruse and ask questions. I've really been enjoying my tequila bottles.

The 13 year ALW is probably in my top 10 pours of all time. I've heard the 15 is even better but wasn't able to find a bottle when it was released.

Secondary is around $100 - $125 I believe

Neither taste nearly good enough for those prices. Those are also higher than secondary (almost triple on the old rip)
