Redbreast is excellent Irish whiskey. My favorite in the category.

Bourbon does not age in the bottle. However, once opened, oxygen can affect the flavor.

And unless you are wanting to really spend some dollars for Stitzel Weller distilled Pappy, buy whichever release you can get your hands on.
