Always neat, other than the occasional whiskey sour.

You bought three vastly different whiskeys, which will all taste very different and be very different than the other stuff you listed.

You'll have to report back on which one you like the most and we should be able to give you some good suggestions.

Also if WT101 is your go-to go pick yourself up a bottle of Russel's Reserve 10 or a WT Rare Breed (basically 101 with a higher proof)

Cracked the Rebecca Creek. Neck pour. I don't know what to think of it yet. It might be my highest rye bourbon in my small collection so far so it is hitting differently. Will give it a few go around before deciding.

As far as Willet goes the pot distillation is a love it or hate thing for folks. Im personally on the love it side but most aren't.
