Love 1792 products. The last two store picks I've gotten from their line have been the full proof and bottled in bond. They both had this amazing tobacco note that I haven't gotten from any others I've tried. Huge fan.

The regular stuff was pretty good. I'd say it is worth taking a flier on it. Looking at the prices it is basically a dollar a proof more over the 90 proof bottle.

I don't think it's better than the '23 W12, but it's definitely the best of the 1792 lineup and better than older W12s I've had.

I can tell you are military, with the 7AM Sat time. Bringing back my childhood, when my Dad would wake us to go work with him before sunrise on Saturdays. He was military too. We didn't get bourbon as a reward, just dirt and sweat.

If there are only 60 bottles reserved for the TexAgs pick, doesn't it make sense to have a 1 bottle limit?

We're headed down to Fredericksburg this weekend and have a tour scheduled with Garrison Brothers. Found out today that M&G are in Blanco, not too far from GB. Real Ale Brewery is a block away from M&G, so bonus.
I'm told M&G serves an outstanding Old Fashioned, and their website claims Forbes thinks they make "The World's Best Whiskey". Sounds awesome.

Garrison Bros is definitely on the list. Got to try some at Perla's and that's how we ended up at Still. We didn't have time to plan a Fredericksburg trip. Sounds like fun. Gotta try that cowboy burbon.
