KC12 is a weird one. Some places it is everywhere others you never see it. I never saw it in VA and have only seen it 1 since moving back.

The label was submitted and approved nearly 2 years ago iirc, but they are just now putting it out. People freaked out when the label got approved and then kept bringing it up after the fact
