I was in TW just looking to see if for some reason they had a Frey Ranch Cask Strength (single barrel) or Holladay Rickhouse proof, and they had the Cigar blends. They had the whole Joseph Magnus lineup in fact.

Not sure if it's close to the ECBP that everyone raves about on here, but the Heights Premier Wine and Spirits in Houston has EC private barrel at 133 proof for $80.

The 13 year old Kentucky that makes up most of the bottle is rumored to be sourced RR13. It does taste similar but brighter cherry fruit note.

I think it's worth the $150 as a cheaper alternative to RR13 (unless you find that msrp)
