Just pack a roll of athletic tape. Do about 3-4 times around the stopper to hold it in place. It keeps the stopper from coming out and is easy to take off when you're home. Do it all the time when I travel.

I take saran wrap and extra large ziplock. Saran wrap the bottle, then wrap clothing, saran wrap again, then put in Ziploc. I do this every time I go to Louisville and bring back 5-6 bottles per suitcase. Never had an issue.

We opened our bottle of Blood Oath (pact 8) last night. My wife thought it was really good, but I thought it was just okay. The nose was nice, but there was a flavor that didn't sit right with me. If you've had it, what are your impressions of it? We also had EHTBP 2023 (coworker gave me samples), it was really good, we see why it's so popular.

that steak needs to come off. Med rare is the way. Looks good though. I made some pork loin chops tonight with my sazerak rye longhorn barrel pick old fashion. Good stuff

But the steak was pretty damn good also.

The way i see it is adding the ice just increases the value proposition. By proofing it down with the water from the ice it is essentially just buying a 1L bottle of the 80 proof for the price of a 750 BiB.
