Pretty sure this one is a joke. Hondo is a popular seller of allocation in DFW, where his stuff if way over priced and tries to low ball anything he wants. Based on what he sells he has connections that doesn't require multi-day camping.

I always like looking at the valuations on his trades…it appears on his ISOs he just takes the generally accepted value and knocks off 20% or more in some cases
