It's good, but yeah it ain't cheap.

I've noticed that the price on Japanese whiskeys in general has seemingly gone up across the board recently.

Headed out to the distillery in Liberty Hill today and picked up one of these. Had a taste - very smooth with a hint of smoke. Not cheap, but tasty.

Are you taking any different medications? I had some that made everything taste dry and malty. Also try just not drinking for a week or so.

I was just telling my fianc about this. She made old fashions, then I had a neat whiskey, and I couldn't even drink it. So I'm gonna drink some water and have some weller, and see how it tastes.

Top 3 bottles I picked up yesterday. The High West Campfire I had on Thursday and it was really good. Haven't tried the other two yet. The Larceny I had at a friend's house yesterday and loved it. Very hot but still smooth.

Just had my second pour of the New Riff TexAgs pick.
Wasn't impressed by the first pour, but this one is great.
Those of you who talked of the neck pour are spot in.

When we can. Had some good luck with multiple opportunities this year. Buffalo Trace, Wilderness Trail, New Riff, Double Barrel Rebecca Creek, and Spanish Oak Rebecca Creek.
