So both are excellent. 1920 is hotter and I'm a proof head for the most part, but for me, the flavor of the 1910 is outstanding. Very drinkable, lots of caramel and fruitiness, vs more spicy with the 1920. Both are outstanding, but I generally enjoy the 1910 more.

Sweaty and tired, but I'm glad I started to get my set up, more proper. Almost everything is off the kitchen counter now lol. I'm having problems figuring out a better way to present/display stuff on the bottom so I'll be messing with that. Same with stuff on top right side. maybe I just need more space. Also need to get LED lights up on the top of each section in the back to light everything downward. I still have at least 8/9 bottles in the kitchen cupboard because they just couldn't fit in the cabinet.

The only thing priceless is the Sinatra select, which was from my pappy's collection ( YUGE JD Fan), and that was one of his cowboy hats. Far from full but enough left in there but for several small celebratory pours in his honor from time to time. It is definitely is the most cherished.

Agreed. Im much more impressed with the decoration that the Handy.

Edit - Just got an email from VABC. This weekend is a barrel pick drop. Hopefully a store near me will have both of the 1792 bottles.

picked up a bottle of Heaven Hill bib at the store across from my office during lunch. Surprised to see that there was still a few bottles left since it was part of the drop from last friday but given that the rest of the bottles were BT stuff i probably shouldn't be.

This is the first times ive seen it in VA in a long time. I just think its been a while since they released any and this just happened to be a big batch. Couple that with not having the same cache as other names, even in their own portfolio, and it will sit on the shelf for a bit.

LOL I think it is decent. Definitely not as good as ECBP or other HH products.

At the law firm I am interning at this summer, we did a blind tasting last weekend and I tried Elijah Craig Toasted Barrel for the first time...I've always seen it going for like $200 or more. I HATED it. I was really surprised because ECBP is probably my favorite bourbon, I like HH, and think the small batch is a pretty good product for its price point.
