The specs nearest to me used to hold back everything until Friday mornings. Line would start to form about 6am if something bigger was dropping, there could be 30+ when it opened. If the horse was being dropped there were a few guys from Oklahoma who would show up around 5am to make sure they got theirs.....

Really? Maybe I need to try the WSR again. I got through half a bottle and ended up giving it away because it wasn't something my wife and I enjoyed. We really enjoyed the U/U and small batch Smoke Wagon, the straight was another bottle I gave away.

My wife and I opened up a 4 Roses SBBS OBSV last night and it was tasty. It went down a little too easy though, so it could be dangerous. My wife somehow put in a few hours of study time towards her PE after having a pour and half, not sure how well that went for her lol.

Hopefully they have a bigger mixing barrel to randomize the picks. Last time it was so packed, no way it got mixed when they spun the barrel.


Also if someone wins from the audience again, then it is way rigged.

Couldn't disagree more. The UCUF is still an incredible pour, and while there was a lull in the quality of the batches right after the clear bottles, the recent batches have been incredible. Back to the old UCUF fruity goodness. UCTY has always been too young, and therefore hot. But I'd still take it over WSR... WSR is a mixer at best.
