Gonna try the Rebecca Creek BiB. My employee accidently grabbed that instead of the Spanish Oak, which is not surprising considering they do not drink at all.

Just twisted mine out like all other and the top ripped off. Never happened before.

Anyone had the Bernheim wheat whiskey BP batch A223? Saw it today but didn't want to pull $70 trigger on something I never had
I would buy that just to give it a try. It will be a hunted bottle.
It's really good if you like wheat whiskey. 10x better than regular Bernheim. It has no secondary value so don't buy it for that purpose.digging tunnels said:

I think a better way to phrase that would be a whiskey where wheat is the dominant grain. Or does wheat have to be a majority to classify as a wheat whiskey. im not sure.
Outside of that Im can't think anything that i have had that would qualify either.
I wonder what is the most balanced mashbill. I'd like to try something that is 25% of each major grain.

By definition, same rules as bourbon, but they must have 51% wheat instead
I've never had a Wheat Whiskey, but am a HUGE fan of wheated bourbon...will I like the dominance of wheat or will I miss the corn?
