i went on ahead and bought one of the bottles i saw on the shelf yesterday tx4guns.
I don't live in CL, I just work down there sometimes and found my way into a cool little store. I was able to find a bottle of the 2013 OFBB which I didn't see anywhere else in Houston.
I found four bottles of Angel's Envy Cask Strength today. I'm not buying, but would consider buying them to ship and trade if anyone is looking for them. They are selling at retail for $160 plus tax.

If the EC 21 is '87 vintage, I have read that the taste is very inconsistent. Other years seem to be much better and get great reviews. I would live to get my hands on an Elijah 21.

I'd make that trade all day. You can still get Stagg Jr. and Weller 12 is everywhere.

I sipped on some 4 Roses SB tonight for the first time. Not bad at all - a little mellow and light for my tastes, but a definite keeper. Very similar to Evan Wiliams SB to me.

Dallas must have a different price structure than Houston if that is standard. Or my place has it cheap.

Those prices are the going rate at a bar if not a bit cheaper than average. I can only think of 1 bar in Houston that would probably have all 3, and yes his prices are below the norm and also has the best selection in town.
