Big fan of Unreined's 7 year wheater! It's a soft and sweet pour. Their 4 grain is just a decent bourbon. Full proof has more flavor, but isn't earth shattering. I think the tasting room in South CSTAT is worth a visit if any of y'all come to town!

Has anyone heard anything about the Old Forester Tribute Series? It looks like this is the first year of the release. Haven't seen much of anything online other than the label release.

Specs sent out a pre sale email last night for it at an MSRP of $279 plus tax. Apparently it is available via Total Wine Concierge for anyone who didn't get the email. Label design was announced almost a year ago, but there is no official release on it from Old Forester yet. Just know it's a 12 year product and that's about it. Very little info out there

Thanks for posting. I just checked my email and got one too. Says it will arrive in Dec or Jan.

I'm looking for a '26 birthday bourbon in celebration of the newest addition to our family. I think we're probably still a little ways off from them showing up down here, but I'm happy to work something out if one of you has access to one!

Thanks for the info. Bought the full proof today and tried it. They didn't have the wheated, and the Spec's manager said he hasn't seen it come through their store at all.

Overall, solid pour. Flavorful but nothing crazy. MSRP was 67. We'll see how it opens up over time, but probably some better options at that price IMO.

Coworker and I both just got Specs email for the Old Forester Tribute Series. Since other people got that email last week, I am assuming he and I both got it because other people said no, but we both said yes and hit order. Officially the most expensive bottle I have purchased. Hope I do not regret it, but I have yet to not enjoy an Old Forester Product. Here's to hoping it lives up to the price point

I wonder what reviews are on it. Their stuff is really good generally. I didn't love king ranch, but pretty much everything else has been solid. I love my triple char I got in distillery.
