He's also just a fun, outspoken personality from Alabama (he's an Auburn grad). Definitely a reason why he's become the largest whiskey tuber.

Just guessing, but you probably need to be a Tier 1 or 2 member to get one of the picks. Neither of those Tiers is cheap. What's amazing is that Tiers 4-1 are sold out.

Those are mine as well. Brewzle just seems like a fun dude you would want to watch a game with. Matt from ADHD is hilarious, and Kurt from SLB drinks is basically a TV dad back when they were something to admire instead of a punchline.

I've never had one of these but I assumed they would be good. Matt said they are "nuclear hot" and not enjoyable. Learned something new.

Yeah I disagree with him on that one as well. My OFSBBP is outstanding and I think on the level of ECBP or LBP in terms of heat. Stagg Jr and Bookers are the ones I would put in the nuclear range.

Some are going to drink hotter than others but overcall they are consistently very good imo. That said, it's just hard to beat Old Fo 1920.

Saw some of this in SA/NB. Forget the batch, it was probably the same. 11 year old, 130 proof. Larceny BP, and Weller SR as well.

Been searching for grizzly for awhile but just decided to grab one of their cheap bottles to see if I like their style.
Let us know how it is. I look at it every time I'm at the store, but haven't pulled the trigger on it
Stopped by TW after leaving Specs and was able to snag a KC12.
As i was leaving i noticed a dude in a burnt orange jersey looking at a bottle of Courage and Conviction. As someone who has wasted their money on that before, after some hesitation, i decided to let him know it was terrible . He saw i was wearing a maroon shirt and i think he thought i was ****ing with him. Finally he realized i wasn't and mentioned that he was heading to a buddy's to watch the game and wanted to grab a nice bottle for him. I gave him some recommendations and left.
That got me to thinking that we need to take a page from the entertainment board and come up with some official TexAgs Whiskey selections and lists ie best daily, best gift, best of the year etc. I think it would be nice for us to have a thread we can reference for new folk or people just looking to buy something so they don't end up getting something in the TW glass case.

Makes me want to try the Grizzly Beast even more.
Grizzly Beast and their limited run Screaming Titan are their best bottles imo. Haven't had Grizzly Batch 4 but I've had 2 and 3 and both were great.
Rocket Top is a fantastic rye if you like red fruit notes.

It was great once it opened up. Neck pour was a little piney to me but it toned down.
So Rocket Top and Grizzly Beast are on my buy list.
I think every redwood variant I've had had a slightly to significant fruit note to it. Luckily fruit and especially red fruits are probably my favorite palette notes, so works for me. Even the single malt Foggy Burl had some of that. Has to be their yeast or barrels or both, either way I've enjoyed redwood so far.
The Grizzly, Rocket Top, and small lots are their juice but the cheap bottles are MGP. I'm guessing the fruit notes might be something to do with the aging climate.
Yeah, I've only had offerings with their distillate, which is why I suspect yeast or barrel(aging). Kind of like all the banana in brown Forman products from their yeast strain.
Where did you find the Titan? I want that one.
I'm one of the few big RE fans in OKC so when they got to town I had 3 calls from store managers. I hardly see them on the shelves/cabinets now.
