Maybe we need a simple logo for all the picks. I just finished making one for our bourbon club. It'll go on all of our bottles but isn't a funny tater sticker.

Bad picture of my monitor because I was being lazy the other night when I needed to show it to another board member.

The one bottle I've ever found of 4R SBBS was an OESF, 115.2 proof. It was a store pick, and it was very good. Hope to get another!

My wife would have a cow if they stopped distributing Jack to TX, that's her primary weekend beverage.

Yeah. There will not be a tater sticker for this bottle.

We will provide the store a logo that 4 roses will utilize to print on their label. Saves us money anyways.

Interesting times at TW this afternoon.

First off TW in Corpus has 5-6 bottles of 1792 Full Proof on the Shelf. They also have a EC pick (95 proof) if your into to that sort of thing.


Second, LOL.



Finally - Westward Cask Strength was on sale for 70 bucks. If you ever wanted to try an American Single Malt and like high proof, this is the place to start. Being aged in new charred oak it definitely leans to the bourbon side of things with chocolate and graham crack notes and a peppery finish. It certainly doesn't drink like a 125 proof single malt.

I remember it for 35 at Bevmo when i was in CA. At that price it was worth the gamble on if you were going to get a good bottle. At $50 is became a shelf sitter. At $70 they have to be out of their minds. At that price im going Russels SB or 4R all day long.

Big facts! That's true, it's a single barrel product that's one of the most wildly hit or miss offerings I've had.
