Drinking the baa baa Exchange and the celestial Stellar Remnants, very good.

The food is fried clams and a lobster roll. The beer is "Boom Sauce" double IPA from Lord Hobo Brewery. Pretty close to nirvana.

These beers are from two interesting Massachusetts breweries. Notch Brewery makes all session strength beers, Greater Good Brewery makes all imperial strength beers. Left is Pulp Daddy IINEIPA, right is Left of the Dial Session IPA.

Seems I way behind on all the various acquisitions. I wasn't tracking that dogfish is now owned by BBC.

I actually didn't know that either.

Came in a mixed 12 pack which was a really good deal at under 12 bucks, especially since it included 3 cans of Boom Sauce. But this beer was quite a bit too orangey for my taste. Dig the label though.

I have quit drinking a few months ago and was hoping to unload my beer stash on a fellow DFW area Ag.

Message me and I can send pictures of my stash. The collection at this point is mostly Stouts, and Barrel aged Stouts, with some Sours mixed in.

Anchor Steam got me into craft beer. Their Christmas Ale and Old Foghorn were great.

Loved Atomic Duck when I was there a few years ago.

Was trying to remember when i had my first "craft" beer and i think it was at the Copper Tank in austin. Found an old article describing Texas craft beer culture at the time.

Stopped for lunch today at The Tap Brewing Company in Haverhill MA (pronounced HAY'vrel). This place has been around for several years. I like it when a brewpub has their brewing equipment where you can see it. We split a flight first with two IPAs, a kirschbier and. Belgian tripel. I chose the kirschbier which was really good with my smoked salmon lunch, Wifey had an IPA. I had an IPA for dessert. Haverhill has a pretty cool downtown if you don't mind the smell of weed. Also came across a ubiquitous Buccees sticker on the way to the bathroom.

Joeys in SA has always just been a bar. The other listed have shut down. Blue Star opened in 96 and is still open.

Saint Arnold would have only been a year old when that article was written. No idea about the others though.

Real Ale opened in 1996 - also missing from the list.

Knocked out a few breweries around the Smoky Mountains this weekend.

Innovation in Sylva, NC and Big Pillow in Hot Springs, NC were the standouts. Hot Springs is a cool little town!

Look at Jetch being all fancy and ***** That French onion looks amazing.
