Hacker Pschorr is one of my favorite of the Munich breweries. Hit up the Augustiner Keller/Biergarten for some good food and beer. In the morning, go to a baeckerei and snag a butter pretzel ("Brezel mit butter bitte") and thank me later. We eat them all the time when we make our way to Bayern.
Schneider Brauhaus is my favorite in Munich. I absolutely love the Augustiner Keller Biergarten but didn't make it this time. Went to dinner at Zum Durnbrau, which is another favorite. Now I will be looking out for the butter pretzel.

All these German beer posts may have had something to do with my impulse purchase today! 65degree patio happy hours are the best.
Finally came across some "Bunny With a Chainsaw" that several people have posted about. I found it to be delicious but the color was a little off putting. Looked a little grey, kind of like dishwater. I also picked up "Tucked In By Strangers" by the same brewery which is a more traditional American style IPA. I liked it a lot as well.
Either way i really like cans with peelable labels to decorate my workshop door.

Fractal is not bad, Orographic is really good. It's a collab with Outer Range.
$5 clearance beer. Preeeety preeeeety pretttttttttty good. Been a long as time since I've made the trip up to Avery, might have to do that sometime this summer.

Going to be in Atlanta briefly next week on the way over to Augusta. Any bars or breweries worth checking out that'll be open on a Tuesday? Is the porter still the best spot? Any restaurants worth checking out?
I've never been to The Porter, but my googling suggests that it has new owners and has been closed for some time.

Aggieland folks, KinderHill is down to their last few beers until they open their new spot in the fall.
They have a couple awesome IPAs and a coffee cream ale that's can't miss. I'll miss them this summer! Will supplement with Blackwater though so no worries.

Liking this one a bit better. Not as sweet.
Really like this one, but I'm not sure double coffee at 10pm was the best choice.
Why not finish off the night with a little more coffee.

Fortunately just a few blocks away. A little west of downtown. Should be much better parking and AC!
