I believe this is the definition of a beer honey hole. We were wandering back from dinner in downtown Philly when I peered into the window of this Korean market to see a row of bottles on a shelf. Was shocked at their selection in the coolers and then saw their shelf beers. Russian River, Cigar City, Paradox, Trinity, even had Jester King. Even get Hills and Grimm, but those go fast. Prices weren't too bad, so we stocked up. They were super helpful too. VIP Market in Philly... look 'em up.

Yeah, it's just the first authentic Gueuze style beer made in Texas, no big deal......

But seriously it's amazing that they brewed this beer and I was pumped to make it out there and grab two to sit on and drink on a special occasion down the road.
