Firestone Opal, St Arnold's 20th & Prairie Bomb! for me tonight. Wasn't impressed by the Opal but the 20th is tasty. Bomb tasted before, nightcap.

St lupulin is pretty good. I bought a 6er of fresh squeezed tonight, and am disappointed. It's not bad but any means, but the reviews are great. I've probbaly had 50 better IPAs. Luckily I also purchased myrcenary, Mosaic ipa, Enjoy By and the one they call Zoe.

No idea if it's good, but they've got Biere de Miel which they just released last week. Really wish I could have gotten up there to get some Atrial this weekend.

I've heard great things about Biere de Miel. Nocturn is still on the bottles to go list as well.

I don't even bother going on Saturday's anymore. Friday's are so much more low key...

Finally got some proper storage/shelves for my beer cellar (well.. under the stair storage in the basement!)


Time to start buying some doubles for future vertical tastings. Aside from a few stragglers, I started buying 7/2013, adding about 6-8 a month.

Swung by Paradox today and had, among others, Skully 10 and a pretty damn good farmhouse aged in tequila barrels that you can really taste the tequila coming through on.

Yeah, I went on a Friday in March and it was nice and easy. Today I was unexpectedly in the area and figured I'd stop by. It was insane. Luckily I was able to hit the outside bottle sales. I didn't drink any because I just didn't have the time to wait in those lines. They need more taps!

Nice gift. I love Dichotomous, but it seems to be hit or miss based on what i've read and folks' reactions after drinking it with me. Regardless, it's definitely refreshing, especially on a hot summer day. Like most JK stuff, it's worth a try.

I asked the guys today while I was out there (getting Atrial of course) and they seemed to think they still had a few weeks worth of Nocturn left. Dichotomous and Encendia are sold out.

I also really Iike Biere de Miel.

I'd be a happier father if I had some Westy.

I stopped at Freetail yesterday and they had Ananke on tap, really good sour. They also had a Simcoe IPA that was good. I grabbed Realtail and Brazale bombers to go just because.
