Anyone had anything from Freetail (besides Ananke)? I was thinking about stopping there on the way through San Antonio.

Army - it was great. Supplication is also very good, and probably my favorite of the RRBC sours that I've had.
Still on the quest to top BSD. We came close, no Armand 4s, Utopias, or Barrel Aged Dark Lords. We did crack a Bells Barrel Aged Batch 9000, Bourbon County Rare, Upland Kiwi Lambic, and Crooked Stave Batch 1. I enjoyed BA9K more than the Rare and ive decided after tasting it a couple times that Crooked Stave Batch 1 is the best sour I've ever had.

Specs online shows sculpin in 6pk cans. Never seen those though.
I saw a 6 pack of Sculpin cans at the Growler Room in Austin this weekend.

It is. I went at lunch and picked up a sixer of The One They Call Zoe by H&G.
had the Santa Fe Kickin Chicken BBA Barleywine.... this is one of the worst things I have ever tasted.... sour as hell with a vomit aftertaste.... awful tasting liquid garbage..... BBA beers are my favorite and this one is a complete disaster..... and i'm still stuck with 1 more bottle of this trash

We brewed the Chicken Killer Barley Wine and aged it in Wild Turkey 101 bourbon barrels intentionally next to our “Los Innovadores” sour barrels for 10 months. Our brewing staff knew that this had the potential for crossing some of the sour flavors from the sour barrels into the Bourbon barrels and thought it would add complexity to the beer, making it a very “unique” elixir, perhaps unmatched in the craft beer world. After 10 months of aging the beer we tasted all the barrels and found that there was indeed a slight sour flavor on the front of the pallet with a more pronounced bourbon flavor on the back of the tongue. Through the bottle conditioning process the beer has now taken on a flavor that is remarkably complex, somewhat more sour than the beer directly out of the barrel, but truly something that will be different than any Bourbon Barrel Aged beer you have ever tried. Wow, didn't know that. Pretty ridiculous cover up story if you ask me. Sounds like they screwed up and didn't want to issue refunds. I can't believe anyone would buy the brew knowing that.
I was at the brewery in March, and no one mentioned anything about it. I have one of them in my fridge currently, and I'm not looking forward to it now.

Did a little celebrating tonight. Today my wife and I learned we will be having a healthy baby boy come November. I am overjoyed to have a new Aggie football buddy in the fall.

Oh... I'm certain I can move some stuff into our regular fridge.
