So.... Burton Baton. Hmmm

Very good. Nice balance of sweet and hops. Good complex flavors.

Absolutely NOT worth $16 for 4-pack. I'll gladly drink this beer, but I doubt I'll ever buy it again.*

Southern star imperial red from Growlers. It was my first trip to the store - cool set up with many offerings on tap and a decent selection of bottles. The red is good - not quite as bitter as the 110 ibus would suggest.

I've been sitting on this since I went to RRBC back in Jan. my loan on my new house went through today so I figured this is as good a reason as any to break it out. I'll probably bust out the consecration after the construction is done and we close.

BTW at 11st street kroger several of the $9.99/6er beers can be had for $8.99 in the build your own section (ie Hop Rising, lagunitas Maximus and others)

Had a Dayman last night... This was a truly exceptional beer. I'd say its the best beer I've had this year. If you can snag one (or several) do it!

Great Lakes Rye of the Tiger
Firestone Walker Wookey Jack

Tried the Sunspot, Brother Benjamin, and Anger so far. All solid. The Anger was fantastic.

I had this on cask with lime and lemon zest added. It was delicious. I bought a regular 4 pack to bring home but bought too much other beer so I had to leave some behind. I wish I had room in the luggage. Next time I'll being my wife so I'll have room for 12-24 more beers.

For those who have had both, can you compare All Day and Centennial?? Ie, what each tastes like and a common similar brew, if applicable??

From what I've read, we missed the KBS boat this year. And their breakfast stout is a fall seasonal, so that should be coming in a couple of months.

The whole foods in Katy will have their imperial stout on tap next Thursday.
