It's possible, but it's a big space with multiple floors. I'd think it'd be a hell of an undertaking for a new brewery.

Early on I drank a fair amount of their beer but it was never particularly good. Haven't bought any in probably 7-8 years.

Normally I would have been excited that a local HEB just received a shipment of Evil Twin Brewing, including some NEIPA and Imperial IPA 4 packs. But at close to $30 pre tax, thats a hard pass.

Victory Brewing Company "Golden Monkey " Belgian tripel. Delicious on a sunny warm January afternoon. Surprisingly drinkable for being 9.5%. Could be dangerous.
