I ran into a friend and his son at heb this afternoon on the beer aisle. They were looking for Spindletap. I let him know that they don't distribute here. Then he tells me his nephew Garrison is the head brewer and at his mom's house, Garrison's grandmother, she has some of their beer. Hoping he will bring some when I see him again on Tuesday.

Did you pick them up at the brewery? We were down over Christmas, but didn't make it to the brewery. Going back in a month, so hopefully they still have some then.

No, found them at the liquor store next to the exit that goes to Terlingua. Actually got lucky because it wasn't a place I was hoping to stop but my buddy pulled over and was like "hey, do you want to see if they have it here". Worked out well I'd say!

Good luck if you can't find it. It's pretty sparse. If you don't hit me up or maybe I bring one up to a game next year. Will definitely be at the Clemson game if we wanna plan a big bottle share.

Found Jai Alai Saturday at the Bunker Hill HEB.

I'll admit, I was a little disappointed after all the hype. But it's my fault. It's a fantastic beer, but it was more malty than I expected. I'm too much of a hophead apparently. I want all the hops.

I'll see myself out.
