Bailey's tap room in Portland. It's their 10th anniversary party today.
Their main down stairs bar is crowded as hell. Great taplist there with 20ish beers, but for some reason people aren't looking upstairs. We have a comfy table and virtually no wait at the bar up here.

How do they monitor all the secondary sale sites across the internet all the time to enforce the threat of disqualifying folks reselling beers from future releases? Lottery system for limited releases like the magnums going forward. Folks caught reselling will be disqualified from future lotteries.
A lottery is a good idea, and even better, have a single name only able to win say twice a year. So enter wisely. you may win twice on beers you didn't really care about.
It doesn't seem that hard. MBC and some Facebook groups basically.

There are probably a lot I don't know about, but the most popular are MBC and the ones on FB that I'm sure JK employees know about. They can control it enough to put the fear into some folks.
Finally made it to B-52. Really nice set up and with the trees it felt relatively cool even on a hot summer day. They did not have upgrayyyeeed on tap but I was able to pick up a crowler to bring home. They did have "raspberry shake upgrayyeeed" on tap but I was not blown away by it. Of the ones I tried I liked the Saison the best.

We're road tripping to Gatlinburg via Nashville at the end of the week to explore the Smoky Mountains. Just got wife approval to make a day trip over to Asheville. I might have to suffer and visit the Funkatorium to sample some Wicked Bud. Burial will probably be on the list too. Don't know of too many breweries in Tennessee though.
