Yeah, he's been on this shtick for years. Loves to explain the difference between movies and Film.

Also, you know that new band you love? He saw them three years ago, they're not good, and you should feel terrible for liking them.

Well dang, I stayed right by there on my last trip to Chicago and had no idea. I did find Cafecito in ghee same general neighborhood; kickass coffee there too.

Just noticed the "develops in the bottle for up to 5 years" statement is still on the label of the 16 BCBSs. Wonder how that works with the pasteurization

Stouts will still develop a lot of flavors from malts and oxidation despite pasteurization. Its wild ales that suffer the most because all the live yeast and bacteria are killed.

All of the Deschutes beers are flash pasteurized
