I don't know why this popped in my head after so many years (C/O '01), but I seem to have somehow forgotten the exact fish whip-out. To my memory, it went:
fish Jones: Howdy! fish Jones is my name, sir!
Mr. Smith: Nice to meet you, Jones. My name is Smith.
fish Jones: Nice to meet you Mr. Smith, sir! I'm from {hometown, state} taking {major}, sir!
Mr. Smith: Well, I'm from {hometown} taking {major}.
I can't seem to recall the ending, or if I'm conflating different parts. Any refreshers would be appreciated.
