At work, I'm trying to explain to a bunch of Silicon Valley type computer guys the concept of simple, routine, complex tasks being performed by a team that is trained, untrained, partially trained, etc.
The visual aid that I think would help with this is the old Army Risk Assessment Card that we used in the 1990s.
Obviously I don't need the part about the weather conditions or if the movement is using wheeled or tracked vehicles but from memory, there was a good classification of several various risks on that card.
I've searched the Internet and I can't find an example of that card. And of course I have no idea what the document number was (probably a GTA of some sort).
I'm sure if I dig through some old boxes in the garage I could find an example but if anybody knows where I could find a copy online, I'd appreciate it.
