I was med-boarded out of the Army after 14 years, 6 months, and 1 week of service. 5 major deployments (1 peacekeeping, and 4 combat) and 10 minor deployments. Damn I wish I was still in.

The only thing assured when you joined the Army was that you would get out.

Being told you have to leave sucks, but everyone leaves at some point.
