Without knowing zoning restrictions would not even guess. Sure hope it's commercial. Residential would not be too enticing.

I've wondered about that myself. Hell, I probably drive past that lot 15 or 20 times a week.

I'd be fine with it staying the way it is, because damn near anything is going to create more traffic on Bitters. Worst-case scenario: apartments.

I really doubt the apartments thing as I doubt the hcv zoning commission is too keen on that. I'm doing some work for one of the guys that is on that board. I'll ask about the mood.

Yep Silverhorn was known as Bud Lake

And the trails were my childhood

Zillow showing 750 and 650 for the lots

Talked to a guy today that has been in there for years and he says they he was close to buying the whole thing for 4k an acre back in the day
