Anyone know of a place that will take a non-working 32" tv for recycling? Preferably West or Northwest SA. My Google-fu is only showing computer recycling.

Thanks.

Bulky item pickup starts Monday in my hood. Place it on a curb 78230 or 78231. Just not my curb.

Besides, it'll be gone by the next day.

Should add... They are in the county, not in SA.

Funny you should ask. We put 2 old CRT TVs out by the curb for bulk trash pickup late last week (Monday is our bulk trash pickup day). Got home from BCS today and the larger one was gone, but the smaller one had been taken apart. My wife says some of the guts were taken, but the rest was there on our curb. What is useful to a DIY'er (or terrorist?!) out of an old TV?

I always use Bitters Recycling Center for all bulky items. Its at 1800 Wurzbach Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78216. Just bring your CPS Bill and its free.
