Picked up some beef ribs/diablos and pinwheel steaks from Wiatreks the other day, turned out great. Guests enjoyed everything.

I have been a Bolners fan for many years as well.

Tri-County MM is also open off Huebner in Shavano Park, I may give them a shot next.

Lotta good options.

Got some jerky from Wiatrek's on my way home from Aggie Park a couple weeks ago. They smoke the hell out of it. Regular jerky is peppery. Spicy jerky is legitimately spicy.

Tri County Meat Market has parisa, btw.

They hired the guy that used to make it for Super S in Castroville. It's real good.

If you're in the area, my old bartender opened up a Deli in Wetmore and he makes some pretty good jerky.
