I'm looking for a good butcher in San Antonio that would sell prime beef or cerified angus in the way of plate short ribs and briskets.

Looking for the best meats out there.

Might also try Cooper's Meat Market in Alamo Heights. (Not to be confused with Cooper's BBQ) .

The original Dzuiks was in Poth like Wiateks. I always preferred Dzuiks over Wiatrek's. But in terms of sausage, neither could hold a candle to Pollock's wedding sausage in Floresville.

My mom family is from the Poth/Falls City/Pawelekville area...

The Wiatrek's are cousins... A couple of spots down the tree....

I grew up going to the meat market with my granddad when I was at his place in Pawelekville...
