Anybody know anything about this area? What it's like to live there?

HCV is its own incorporated town and tax base is well above most of SA so services like police are way better than average. Large lots and mostly 1960-type ranch houses. Great location, but that's depends on where you work. It tough to garden there because of all the deer. It looks like folks are starting to tear down homes and build mansions. It might be a good time to get into an older home and see some appreciation but I'm not a realtor.

Hcv is at Bitters and West avenue and right of f 281 and is a five minute drive to the airport
