I just noticed that there is what seems to be a pretty good amount of cooled air in the garage AC closet when the AC is running. I don't recall this in the past. Anyone that knows anything about this have any ideas? It doesn't seem normal.

HVAC closet inside Garage

Seems there is a leak, perhaps sealant or tape has a void in it, thus cooling this closet interior.

1. Check first all around the unit, then ductwork, then penetrations into the cool spaces. DIY seal with Great Stuff, CODE-OK tape, etc.

2. Enroll in a 5-star HVAC annual Service Plan for $100-150 and get your first AC service check ASAP, noting this problem with them prior.
