Have a client with a possibly really bad situation on a big retaining wall. Need a specialist to refer him to. The engineers on my normal list for foundations all passed when he called.

Find an engineer
Although a soils type might do, suggest a structural engineer who will ask about "dead men" anchors burried, if any

How big? I'm not an engineer but I've built engineered walls up to the 12-15' tall range, generally out of quarry blocks or CMU. Happy to offer some advice.
