PLEASE help me get rid of these things. I've got the sticky traps in the little pots. Still, covered up in these things. What to do???

We have used these when dealing with the same issue. They work. I was skeptical about the Zevo, and we tried other options first. None of them worked, so tried these and it made a dent in the gnat population in a few days.

For fruit flies I do the following, works so incredibly well;

Small bowl
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 drop dish soap
Mix
Cover with plastic wrap with a hole torn in the middle
