How long do you want to ignore this user?
Had a complete shower renovation done a couple of years ago and now, somewhat sporadically, the hot water will begin to shake the head and pipes. What causes this? What can I do to remedy it? This is the only fixture in the house that does this. Anyone??

Like water hammer? Did they install any arrestors when they redid the shower? How long has it been? Could just be a bad valve. I had this happen a few months back. Replaced the shower cartridge and all is good.

Its been a little over two years. Having an aerator installed does not sound familiar at all.

Honestly I'd start with replacing the cartridge, assuming that's what you have. Probably the easiest thing to hit first.
