Does anyone have any suggestions for after-market filter grids for this filter? I took ours apart to clean it today and 4 panels had holes. I see some Pleatco and Filbur after markets on the web. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Leslie's carries a replacement branded under their name - i found them in stock at one of their larger stores a few years back.

I'm sure you could do cheaper on the web, but I was motivated to fix my problem quickly as all my DE was ending up in the pool. Quite frustrating.....

I have a set of those for sale. Complete set. I replace mine every 2 years and sell my old set after I clean them up. $150 for the old set.

Wait so you use them for two years and never clean them until you sell them?? I assume you're at least backwashing monthly.

I guess I wasn't very clear about cleaning them. Backwash every month and disassemble whole cartridge at least twice a year. What I meant to say was that they are clean and ready to go now. Thanks for helping an old man say what I really meant to communicate. No wonder my wife always she doesn't understand what I want!!!

Thanks for the offer. I ended up purchasing a new set of Unisel brand off Amazon for $175. A little cheaper than the Pleatco. I guess I will see if I get my money's worth. I actually sewed up the holes in the old ones and put it all back together and no DE in the pool (yet). It will interesting to see how that held up when I take it back apart.
