Any recommendations on who to call for garage door repair in Katy?

Where the lift arm connects to the garage door, for some reason the screws just ripped out so it's not connected anymore to lift the door. I've lubricated everything, the motor works fine, the chain moves, I've reattached the screws, but it just rips out again. The door isn't stuck as I can lift it manually fine, so not sure what the issue is. It was making some bad creaking noises right before it happened so that's why I lubricated, but no idea now what the issue is.

You can get some self tapping screws and this frome Home Depot and fix it yourself
