I am building out a loft and have a small space for stackable washer and dryer. I see there are 2 options. One option is separate washer and dryer and both are front loading. The other option is a combination unit with a top loading washer and a dryer on top. It appears they are all one unit and cannot be separate. I have never been a big fan of front loading washing machines because I never felt they got my clothes as clean as a top loaded unit. Does anyone have any experience with these units with the washer and dryer built into the same machine. Below is a link to the one that I have seen.

Wife in-the-day LOVED such as this (your link to all-in-one stacked) in the garage in her college rental house.
We design these on 2nd floor houses if full of gals needing small loads done fast as a 2nd laundry point WITH a floor drain.
You have a brand well served under warranty but other brands LG might clean better ... can look its rating up on Consumer Reports upon request but they rate doing "Clean" under noise & repairs & nonsense .. ironic.
Go For It if you got a SHORT dryer exhaust pipe so you don't burn down from not cleaning pipe.

I have this model and haven't been disappointed in it. Washes the clothes fine but cleaning the ring around the front glass is a PITA. Been in use for a little over 2 years with no issues
