This white flower is popping up all over? I believe it's fleabane but not sure. Is anyone else fighting this? Anything working?

I did just that in my yard last week. Really satisfying to pull up a big clump. Your yard has way more than mine, so maybe hire the neighbor kid to do it.

A thick yard helps. I've almost eliminated it. But some is going to get in every year. My bigger problem is the nutsedge. It's been a two year battle. I eradicate it in one area just for it to show up somehwere else.

My yard is 90% free of it, but my neighbors on both sides lawns are 100% covered with it, so guess what...I'll always have to deal with it.

Our neighborhood park area is getting overtaken. When they complained about it at the HOA meeting I told them the only way to get rid of it is three kids over about 5 years with 50-60 paper sacks pulling up every plant by the root and then burning the bags. Gloves are optional (at least now). That's how dad cleaned out the stickers at our coast property way back when, he wanted to walk through the grass barefoot.

I have both aster and buttonweed in my yard. Tons of fun.

I've been over run with this ****, which weaves it's way at the very bottom of the turf and makes a wicker basket. The only thing I have to kill it is Atrazine, but that also kills my Bermuda backyard. Conditions this year have been too hard on my St Augustine to use it effectively there either.

Catclaw Briar. You can try an MSM+MSO combo on it.

I may be an agronomist by trade, but part of my heart is range conservationist. That's a really cool plant - cattle love it, deer love it, sheep love it, goats love it, quail love the seed, and little kids love watching the leaves fold. Unfortunately, it's a bugger in a yard. Weed-B-Gone for southern lawns will get it, just add Dawn for surfactant.
